Firefighters free dog from gate of Wirral house
FIREFIGHTERS used hydraulic cutting equipment to free a dog which had got its head stuck in a gate in Moreton last night.
A crew from Wallasey fire station was called to an address in Pasture Road just after 7pm.
They used a pedal cutter and hand pump to cut part of the gate to free the dog, a Shih Tzu.
