Injury worries for Tranmere Rovers ahead of Yeovil Town away game
Tranmere Rovers boss Ronnie Moore has a host of injury concerns ahead of Saturday’s away game at Yeovil Town.
With James Wallace already ruled out for the rest of the season and Adam McGurk out for at least a month with a collapsed lung, Mamady Sidibe sidelined with a hamstring injury Ian Goodison, groin strain and Andy Robinson, another hamstring victim, all miss out on the fixture at Huish Park.
However, Liam Palmer returns to the squad following a three match suspension.
Rovers go into the game in third place in League One with 60 points from 35 matches.
Away from Prenton Park Moore’s side have won nine, drawn four and lost four. The Club’s last match on the road was a 5-1 win over Colchester United.
Yeovil are three places and two points behind Tranmere and have won the joint most league games of any club in the division (18). At Huish Park the Glovers have won ten, drawn two and lost five.
Gary Johnson has added Burnley striker Wes Fletcher to his squad and will carry out late fitness checks on James Hayter and Jamie McAllister.
