Wirral teenager taken to hospital after being struck by car

The teenager was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital.
A WIRRAL teenager was taken to hospital after he was struck by a car last night.
The incident happened at around 10pm in Woodchurch Road, Prenton when a silver Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a 14-year-old boy.
The boy was taken by ambulance to Arrowe Park Hospital to be treated for head and shoulder injuries and is now in a stable condition.
Police say the driver stopped at the scene and is helping with enquiries.
