WIRRAL-born MP and double Oscar-winner Glenda Jackson is among a host of famous faces to “doodle” for charity.

She has joined household names such as Rita Ora, Tess Daly, Sir Terry Wogan and Gok Wan for the annual National Doodle Day which raises cash for Epilepsy Action.

The drawings are auctioned on eBay next Friday, February 8, in a bid to support the 53,000 people with the condition across the North West.

Now in its tenth year, the event has seen more than 1,000 celebrities take part and invites budding artists to “do a doodle, donate a pound.”

Philippa Cartwright, fundraising events manager at Epilepsy Action, said: “National Doodle Day is a great way for celebrities and members of the public alike to get creative for a good cause. It is a fantastic, fun event and absolutely anyone can take part.”
