A WIRRAL bar is to have its licence reviewed following a fight outside the premises.
Mojo's in Dee Lane, West Kirby, had its drinks permit suspended by Wirral Council after a 34-year-old man suffered serious head injuries during the incident on December 23.
Merseyside Police are now calling for the premises licence to be reviewed by the local authority’s licensing committee.
Councillors will decide the future of the bar and could choose to revoke its licence, modify licence conditions or remove the designated supervisor.
According to licensing documents, police allege Mojo's has been associated with “serious disorder.”
Wirral’s licensing sub-committee will meet at Wallasey Town Hall this Friday, January 18.
The owners are reported to have said the bar will not open again.
