RONNIE Moore has added to his Tranmere Rovers squad by signing two players on loan this afternoon.

Bolton Wanderers striker Michael O'Halloran and West Bromwich Albion defender Donervorn Daniels will stay at Prenton Park until January.

O'Halloran, 21, from Glasgow, came through the youth system at Celtic before moving to Bolton's Under-18 side.

He has spent time on loan at Carlisle United and Sheffield United, scoring for the latter in the penalty shoot-out in the 2011-12 League 1 Play Off final. He has represented Scotland at Under-21 level.

Moore said: "I'm really pleased to bring Michael in to the Club.

"We're short on attacking options so Michael is a welcome addition to the squad.

"I've watched him a few times and he’s got pace and he can score goals.

"I'd like to thank Dougie Freedman for allowing Michael to join us for a month.”

Donervorn, 18, joined West Brom from Reading in 2009 and has become a regular in their Under-21 side.

He was named the Premier League club’s Young Player of the Year last season.

Moore continued: "I'm pleased to be able to bring Donervorn to the Club.

"With Mark McChrystal going to Scunthorpe to gain match fitness and Ben Gibson able to be called back by Middlesbrough at any time we were short at the back so Donervorn will add to our options.

"He's only young but he’s done well in West Brom’s Under-21 side. He's big and strong and I look forward to working with him.

"I'd like to thank West Brom and Steve Clarke for allowing Donervorn to join us."

Rovers, top of the league with 38 points, drew 0-0 with Walsall at Prenton Park on Tuesday night. They will take on Stevenage away on Saturday, 3pm.
