INTERNATIONALLY renowned soprano Dame Emma Kirkby and lutist Anthony Rooley will give a recital of work by Elizabethan composer John Dowland this Friday (April 25).
The concert at Bushell Hall in Birkenhead School, Oxton, is part of The 2008 Two Rivers Festival.
The partnership behind the event is Andrew Thomson, a long-standing supporter of the arts in the region, and Peter Davison, artistic consultant to Manchester's Bridgewater Hall, both from Wirral.
