It’s been just over a month since Bruce Jenner came out as transgender during a two hour sit-down interview with Diane Sawyer on US network ABC. Now, the 65-year-old has revealed her new name and look on the cover of the July issue of Vanity Fair, as Caitlyn Jenner.

She’s also created a new verified Twitter account, which already has 262,000 followers.

The photos from the Vanity Fair spread, shot by Annie Leibovitz, are simply stunning and show Caitlyn embracing her new womanly figure in a thigh-skimming basque and a series of gorgeous gowns, sporting a head of long, lusturous hair.

Vanity Fair also shared a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot, which features a clip of Caitlyn talking about her transformation and what it means to come out on the cover of the prestigious magazine.

“I was probably at the Games because I was running away from a lot of things. I am very very proud of the accomplishment I made, I don’t want to diminish that accomplishment,” says the former Olympian.

“The last few days of doing this shoot was about my life and who I am as a person. it’s not about the fanfare, it’s not about people cheering in the stadium, it’s not about going down the street and everybody says ‘atta boy Bruce’ and giving you a pat on the back.”

She continues: “This is about your life. Bruce always had to tell a lie. He was always living that lie every day, he had a secret, from morning till night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets. As soon as this Vanity Fair cover comes out, I’m free.”
