Top award for artistic Wirral twins
WIRRAL artists the Singh Twins have won a prestigious award honouring the work of Asian creatives.
Armit and Rabindra Kaur Singh from Oxton were presented with the Gold Award in arts, media and culture at the Asian Achievers Awards 2016 during a ceremony in London.
The accolade recognises outstanding work from individuals from across all businesses and professions within the Asian community.
The twins are internationally-renowned artists.
In a joint statement the twins said: "We are thrilled to receive this award as it represents a significant step forward by the South Asian Community in recognising the value and importance of visual arts alongside other professions."
