Cheshire and Merseyside NHS Choir’s Christmas concert at the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool. Starts at 7.30pm.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12: Geoffrey Woollatt plays music by Cook, Scheidt, Corelli, Drakeford, Bach and Sumsion in his lunchtime organ recital at Chester Cathedral at 1.10pm. Admission £5.45, concessions £4.50.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14: Chester Cathedral Choir presents "Christmas Joy” in the Cathedral at 7.30pm.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15: The Chester Cathedral Nave Choir Carol Service is in the Cathedral at 3.30pm.
Choral Evensong with Carols by candlelight followed by Christmas refreshments in St. Asaph Cathedral at 6.00pm.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17: Lunchtime concert featuring Tom Bloomfield (oboe) at Wesley Church Centre, St. John. Street, Chester. 12.45pm.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19: Lunchtime organ recital by Philip Rushforth, playing music by Karg-Elert, Bach, Franck, Bairstow and Buxtehude at Chester Cathedral, 1.10pm.
