WALLASEY has a new estate agent!

Andrew’s Estates was officially opened for business in Wallasey by the Lord Mayor of Wirral, Cllr Steve Foulkes.

It is the fourth site in the Andrew’s Estates group, with other offices in Prenton, Neston and Little Sutton.

The new branch has seen the creation of five jobs, with a potential for more to follow.

Guests including local builders, solicitors, architects, press and landlords of the agents all enjoyed canapés and drinks while the Lord Mayor officially opened the shop by cutting the ribbon and saying a few words.

Andrew’s Estates is a Cheshire and Wirral-based independent estate agency specialising in residential sales and lettings across the four sites.

They carry out free sales and lettings valuations and offer a no sale, no fee service, with Andrew’s Estates happy to negotiate on your sale and purchase price as part of its professional and friendly service.

At the end of last year Andrew’s Estates was awarded a bronze award at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2014 in association with The Times and The Sunday Times and sponsored by Zoopla Property Group.

Andrew Smith, managing director and the founder of Andrew’s Estates, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won the award.

“The competition was really tough, so the accolade really is testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone in our team at Andrew’s Estates.

“The achievement has really spurred us on and we will continue to build on our expertise and deliver high quality levels of service.”

Andrew added: “Since the Andrew Estate’s brand began in 2010 with the launch of the Neston office, we have seen rapid growth, especially earlier this decade during a time of recession, where the market confidence was very low.

“Now the property market has bounced back we look forward to even more growth over the coming few years.”
