When Radio Clatterbridge daytime presenter Ian Grant was set a challenge to meet a promotional target at work to earn some hard cash for the charity of his choice, it was an offer he couldn't refuse.
Ian, who works for ASDA in Arrowe Park, was promised two hundred pounds if he reached his goal.
But, not one to be outbeaten, Ian challenged the snack food company to double the donation if he could beat the target.
Today, the regional account manager of Mars was forced to eat some humble pie and presented Radio Clatterbridge with a cheque for four hundred pounds - proving that a challenge a day makes Radio Clatterbridge work, rest and play!
Nice one Mars!
