DAVID EVANS Angela, Susan, David and Josie would like to thank family, friends and work colleagues for your support flowers and messages of sympathy during our sad loss. Your kind donations in memory of Dave raised £450.00 for Macmillan Nurses. Thanks also to Dr. Davies and her team, Ward 23 Arrowe Park Hospital Susan Porter Funeral Directors and Cammellairds Sports Club for their support during Dave's illness and after his passing.
