KATE (Kathleen) COLLINSON Garry, Simon, Lee, Neil and families would like to thank everyone for their kind messages, cards and support on the sad loss of a darling wife and mother. Special thanks to Dr. Broadbelt, District Nurses, McMillan Nurses and Sylvan House Carers who cared so much. Also Susan Porter Funeral Home. Thanks also for the donations sent to St. John's Hospice in memory of somebody so special.
