JEFF SPENCE I was given the gift of life on 27th October 1943, but sadly on Wednesday 12th September 2018 I had to give it back. I was a lucky man that led a full life marrying my wife Sandra and raising two children; Stephen and Julie. I also leave behind my older sister Shirley and younger brother Michael ('ar kid). Most recently I worked as a Managing Director at Skretting and was captain of Irby Cricket Club for many years. Before that I played at Idle Cricket Club in the Bradford League. Meeting many wonderful friends and colleagues along the way. Although I was persistent in defying the doctors I am now at peace. Jeff's love, knowledge and guidance will be greatly missed by wife Sandra, children Stephen and Julie, all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral to be held at Landican Crematorium South Chapel, CH49 5LW on Tuesday 25th September at 2.30pm. Family flowers only but if desired memorial donations to Cancer Research please. c/o F.R.
