THOMAS JAMES COLLINS "Tom" 8th August 2018 Suddenly at home aged 73 years. "Reunited with his loving son Tommy" Dearly loved husband of Carol, much loved grandad of Lauren and dear great-grandad of Lewis. Tom will be so sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service and cremation is to take place at Landican Centre Chapel on Wednesday 22nd August 2018 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to St. John's Hospice.
