KENNETH ARTHUR BARRETT Died 2nd August 2018 Dearest husband of Rita, caring father to Jane, David and Stephen. Proud Grampa to Sophie, Josh, Finny, Reg and Archie. Ken died suddenly after a long period of ill health. He will be sadly missed by all of the family, especially Megan. Kenny Barrett .... footballer .... supreme wit .. wine connoisseur ... and all round "one of a kind." Will be missed more than these words can say .... "He strode this earth a colossus .. afraid of no man .. alive to all of life's possibilities .... no headstone could bear the weight of his earthly name." Kenny Barrett ... we salute and honour your existence and in the darkest of times we will be still ... breathe deep and look up to the skies for your heavenly guidance. Grampa ... they really did love you .. they really did ... Be at peace and rest now Father ..... be at peace and rest ..
