EILEEN MARY JACKSON 29/3/1926 - 17/7/16 Passed away peacefully in hospital. Adored Mum of Barb and Andrea, beloved Nan of Debbie Claire, Helen and Karen, proud Great Grandmother of Matilda Beatrice and Joshua, loved by John, Matt, J, Kate and Derek. Will be missed beyond words. Funeral at Landican Centre Chapel Friday 29 July at 9.30 am. No flowers please but donations gratefully received for ward 38 Arrowe Park Hospital (WUTH Charitable Fund 203. (Ward 38)
