SUSAN MARIE SWEENEY (née Moore) 1961 – 2014 Wonderful mother to Oliver and loving sister to Joan, Gerald, Irene and Michael. Died peacefully at Hospice of the Good Shepherd on Friday 15th August. Will always be loved and remembered, rest in peace Mum. Funeral to be held on Tuesday 26th August 1.30pm at Landican. All enquiries and any flowers to Laurence Jones Funeral Directors, Bebington
