POLICE have issued an update on a woman who went missing from a Wirral hospital.
Extensive enquires and appeals were carried out to find Nicola Picken who was last seen at Clatterbridge Hospital at 10am on Tuesday, April 23.
The 52-year-old was described as a white female, 5ft 2in tall, of slim build with short black hair.
When last seen Nicola was wearing a dark purple jacket with a hood, black leggings and a green handbag.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police have since confirmed that Nicola has been found “safe and well” this morning Friday, May 3 and thanked people for sharing their appeal.er
